This is the largest rural area in the district, with a population approaching 50,000.
The new leader was introduced to the team by the akim of the Nooken district, Talaybek Ishenbekov, who wished him success.

Previously, the head of the rural administration named after Dooronbek Sadybai was A.B. He was detained by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in August 2025.
As reported by the state committee, on July 22, during a familiarization trip to the village of Massy in the Nooken district, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, spoke with the head of the D. Sadybai rural administration, A.B.
In response to questions about his possible involvement in corruption in the land sector, A.B. stated that he is "not involved" and is "ready to take responsibility" if violations are found.
According to the GKNB, the results of verification activities and operational-search actions revealed numerous facts of corruption committed by the head of the rural administration during his tenure as deputy and then as head of the Dostuk rural administration (2019–2024). The GKNB established that A.B., as the chairman of the permanent housing commission, sold municipal land plots at undervalued prices to affiliated persons through fictitious auctions.
As part of the initiated criminal case under Article 336 "Corruption," the head of the rural administration was detained and placed in the GKNB pre-trial detention center. Close ties of A.B. with high-ranking officials involved in organizing the identified corruption schemes have also been established, and checks are being conducted regarding them.
