He pointed out that in some clinics in Bishkek, employees have been in their positions for 20-30 years, which hinders progress in the healthcare system.
“Some of them have actually ‘grown moss’ and do not contribute to development. We need to refresh these ranks. It is important to prepare a young generation of specialists and train them in modern methods and techniques,” he added.
Dosmambetov stressed that staff rotation will promote the growth and training of new workers who will be able to implement relevant approaches in medical practice.
