The most dangerous situation is expected on the section of the highway from Dushanbe to Chanak, especially within the 48–74 km and 78–81 km markers, where avalanches may pose a serious threat, particularly in the Varzob areas.
Additionally, the risks of avalanches are also relevant in the mountainous regions under republican jurisdiction and in the western part of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
Drivers are advised to avoid traveling on mountain roads, take precautions, and check road conditions in advance.
