An incident occurred in Bishkek in which a driver was injured and his car was damaged. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
According to law enforcement agencies, the events unfolded on February 9, 2026, around 10:30 PM in the residential area of "Tynchtyk". An unknown individual broke the side mirrors of a Honda Odyssey and, during the conflict, used physical force against the owner — N. U., causing him bodily harm. The victim was able to seek medical assistance at one of the city's medical institutions.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and appropriate examinations were appointed.
During operational investigative measures, the suspect, T. Sh., born in 2006, was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
