The presiding judge decided to mitigate the preventive measure for Mahabat Tajibek kyzy, establishing a travel ban for her.

It is worth noting that Mahabat Tajibek kyzy was detained in January 2024 along with ten colleagues from Temirov Live. They were charged with organizing mass riots. On February 25, 2025, the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan reviewed the appeal of three of the eleven detained journalists and upheld the previous decisions: Mahabat was sentenced to six years in prison, Azamat Ishenbekov received five years, and Aika Beyshekeeva was found guilty but was given three years of probation. Aktilek Kaparov also received three years of probation and did not appeal the court's decision. The other seven defendants in the case were acquitted due to lack of evidence of a crime. On March 10, the Supreme Court referred the case of Mahabat Tajibek kyzy for a new review.
