Judicial authorities found Adilet guilty of possession and distribution of drugs and psychotropic substances. The investigation established that in May of last year, after receiving an order via Telegram, he took route taxi No. 226 to the Chui region. In a field, just before reaching the village, he found a plastic bag containing a substance divided into 15 plastic packets.
Adilet then met with Urmat near the Central Department Store (TSUM). On the way to the intersection of Manas and Jibek Jolu avenues, they were stopped by law enforcement officers. Adilet admitted his guilt and voluntarily handed over the substances.
Forensic examination determined that the substance was alpha-PVP, weighing 7.854 grams without packaging. This psychotropic substance is controlled in the territory of the republic and falls into the category of large quantities.
- According to the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, Adilet was found guilty under part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale." He was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with confiscation of property, to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
