According to the agency's information, the detainee acted together with M.A.Z., a colleague from the Anti-Narcotics Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Both are accused of extorting 180 thousand dollars under the pretext of providing assistance in reclassifying a criminal case.
During a search of the vehicle belonging to Zh.K.T., a black bag wrapped in tape was found, inside of which was 105 grams of hashish.
Both suspects have been arrested under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, part 3, clause 1, and placed in the pre-trial detention center of the GKNB KR. Investigative actions are currently ongoing to identify other possible accomplices in the crime.
