Starting February 1, 2026, all refusals issued by the Bishkek Main Department of Urban Planning and Architecture will be provided exclusively in electronic format through users' personal accounts. This information was published by the department.
This measure is part of a digitalization strategy aimed at preventing corruption and improving transparency in the provision of public services.
The main goal of this innovation is to improve conditions for citizens:
- there is no need for a personal visit to receive a refusal;
- refusals can be obtained online at any time;
- unnecessary contacts and human factors are eliminated;
- the process becomes faster and clearer.
