According to information provided by Kanibek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's office, starting from January 19, the medical certificate in the form 083 will be excluded from the 'Tunduk' system.
Tumanbaev recently visited the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing, where the process of exchanging driver's licenses is taking place.
He previously reported that this certificate will no longer be required for the exchange of indefinite driver's licenses.
During a conversation with citizens, the official explained the necessity of exchanging documents. According to him, the old driver's licenses do not have a digital format and are not recognized by several neighboring countries, and they have a number of vulnerabilities in the security system. In this regard, the authorities of Kyrgyzstan decided to implement this reform.
The new licenses, as Tumanbaev noted, contain improved security features and facilitate the work of road safety officials.
He emphasized that in the 'Tunduk' system, the certificate in the form 083 was requested automatically. Starting from January 19, this requirement will be canceled, which will simplify the process of issuing driver's license replacements in an online format.
For those citizens whose licenses are not displayed in the 'Tunduk' system, Tumanbaev recommended visiting in person to replace their documents.
