Currently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan is conducting active preventive measures related to illegal trade and use of pyrotechnics.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the main goal of these measures is to ensure the safety of the population and prevent cases of injuries, fires, and other dangerous situations arising from the use of low-quality or illegal pyrotechnics.
Employees of the territorial divisions of the internal affairs bodies are conducting raids in markets, shops, and public places to identify and suppress instances of illegal trade in pyrotechnic products.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also urges citizens to follow safety rules when using pyrotechnics, avoid purchasing products without the appropriate certificates and of questionable quality, and refrain from participating in illegal trade.
The Ministry reminds that illegal sale and use of pyrotechnic products may result in liability under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
