According to the investigation, employees of the GOM-2 Department of Internal Affairs of the Lenin District inflicted bodily harm on the detainee L.D.T., who was arrested for petty hooliganism. As a result of the incident, the victim was taken to the National Hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a closed traumatic brain injury, as well as a closed spinal injury with fractures of the transverse processes of two vertebrae and soft tissue bruises of the face and lower back.
On February 21, junior lieutenant of police R.u.M. was detained by employees of the GKNB and the SVR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
