According to the information, at 22:42 on March 4, the police received a signal about a traffic violation in the village of Ak-Jol, near a stationary post. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
It was established that around 22:20, K. Zh., driving a white VAZ-2106 car with passengers M. A. and A. A., committed a series of violations on the Bishkek - Manas highway, opposite the traffic police post. According to law enforcement, the driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Traffic police officers received information via radio that the driver was creating a dangerous situation and was not complying with the lawful demands of the police. When attempting to stop the vehicle, the driver began to flee, which led to a chase.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects, born in 2002, 1999, and 2001, have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
