Special services reported that in September 2024, during the investigation, a citizen of Kazakhstan, A.A., and a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, S.S., were detained. They are suspected of organizing a stable channel for the illegal export of children outside the country.
During the investigation, it was revealed that A.A. entered into a criminal conspiracy with a citizen of Israel, A.B. They, receiving monetary rewards, purchased three minors from S.S.
Immoral acts were committed against the children, which were accompanied by photographing and subsequent transfer of materials to third parties abroad via messengers.
In addition, the members of the criminal group obtained guardianship over two other minor children belonging to a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, D.K., regarding whom similar acts were committed.
The criminal case was referred to the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek. As a result of the hearing held on March 12, 2026, the court found the defendants guilty.
The citizen of Kazakhstan was sentenced to 12 years in prison, while the citizen of Kyrgyzstan received 11 years with confiscation of property.
The GKNB emphasized that work to protect the rights of minors will continue and noted the inevitability of punishment for such crimes.
