The document states that the "information system for monitoring the movements of foreign citizens" must be ready by December 10, 2027. The implementation of this project will involve the police, the FSB, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Digital Development, as well as local authorities.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will gain access to the systems of international air carriers to notify them of foreign citizens who are prohibited from entering Russia. Plans also include the creation of a system for analyzing open data.
As for the biometric system, its development is scheduled for the period up to December 2026, as stated in the document.
