According to the presented document, this day is planned to be celebrated on April 4 each year. This initiative aims to officially recognize the contribution of IT specialists to the process of digitalization and their significance for the socio-economic progress of the country.
The project was developed based on the provisions of Articles 13 and 17 of the Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
April 4 is also celebrated in many countries as Internet Day, symbolizing the development of global digital infrastructure and network technologies, as well as access to information and the integration of national systems into the global information space.
