According to the draft, it is planned to establish a unified regulation that will determine the procedure for the formation and functioning of the Council of Elders' Courts. Local self-government bodies are recommended to use this document when creating similar councils.
The draft also includes the following measures:
- publication of the regulations on the official websites of government bodies and local administrations;
- distribution of the document to local councils, the mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as to the offices of the presidential representatives in the regions;
- submission of the order to the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic after its registration with the Ministry of Justice.
Control over the implementation of the order will be assigned to one of the deputy directors of the authorized state agency.
