- In the spring, the commissioning of the second hydro unit at the Kambar-Atynska HPP-2 will begin. This stage is part of the ministry's program aimed at the phased increase of generating capacities.
- At the same time, the reconstruction of two hydro units at the Uch-Kurgan HPP is planned. Work on unit No. 2 will start in February, followed by the reconstruction of unit No. 1 in March. This will allow for the effective updating of the station's equipment.
- Construction and infrastructure activities continue at the Kambar-Atynska HPP-1. Finishing works are underway in the administrative and domestic complex, while engineering communications, including the installation of sewage and water supply systems, as well as the installation of internal partitions, are being completed in the under-construction dormitory.
- At the Kurpsai HPP, work has begun on the replacement of two autotransformers (AT-1 and AT-2) in the 220 kV switchgear section to increase capacity. The first autotransformer was delivered in January 2026, and the second is expected in March. Installation is planned to start on April 1, 2026, with completion scheduled for the fall. This will significantly enhance the operational capabilities of the station.
- A new administrative building has been constructed for the employees of OJSC "Electric Stations," meeting modern requirements. It provides all the conditions for productive work. In this regard, phased renovations in the administrative buildings of the company's branches are planned for 2026.
