According to the investigation, it was revealed that responsible individuals, including the head of "U.B.A." and land issues specialist B.S.A., acting in their personal interests, leased the specified 60 hectares of land to their close relatives. These actions caused significant damage to the state amounting to 1 million 579 thousand 980 soms.
The detention of these officials took place on December 5, 2025, after which they were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Talas city police department.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, aimed at identifying and holding accountable other individuals involved in this case.
