
The second day of negotiations for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine in Geneva will take place in a closed format for the media. This became known on February 18 from reports by Russian media citing local diplomatic police.
According to their information, security measures in the negotiation zone remain at a high level. The discussion process began at 09:00 local time.
The third stage of multilateral negotiations between representatives of Russia, the USA, and Ukraine is taking place on February 17 and 18 in Geneva. The Russian delegation is headed by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, while the Ukrainian side is represented by Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine.
