
In Uzgen, at a preschool educational institution, the district prosecutor's office revealed violations related to fictitious employment.
According to the supervisory authority, the kindergarten staff used the passport details of a citizen, K.B., to deceive, formally registering him for work. Despite this, all social contributions were made in his name, while the salary was appropriated by the kindergarten employees.
As a result of these actions, citizen K.B. lost the state allowance "Uй-бүлого комок," which had been allocated for his four minor children.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and investigative actions are ongoing.
