The situation escalated after a resident of Bishkek, Aimeerim Omurzakova, expressed her dissatisfaction with the actions of the employee on social media, accusing him of pressuring her family.
In response, the GKNB conducted an operational check to determine the legality of B.R.'s actions. Following the investigation, it was decided to suspend him from work until the investigative procedures are completed and a legal assessment is received from the Military Prosecutor's Office, as stated in the official announcement.
It is worth noting that on March 12, B.R. was arrested by the Military Prosecutor's Office on suspicion of abuse of office, which is classified under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and was placed in custody at the guardhouse.
However, on March 14, the Pervomaisky District Court decided to release him, imposing house arrest.
