The President of the Jewelers Association of the EAEU, Antonina Babosyuk, addressed the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, and the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev. The main reason for her appeal is the criminal case against her husband, Vladimir Fenkov, related to a conflict with the company "Yuan-Kun." She also sent a letter to the Russian ambassador in Kyrgyzstan, Sergey Vakunov, as her husband is a citizen of the Russian Federation.

In her appeal, Babosyuk expresses deep respect for the country's leadership and hope for objectivity. She notes that under the guidance of these leaders, important reforms aimed at protecting citizens' rights and developing the economy are being implemented, which instills confidence in the future of Kyrgyzstan.

Babosyuk also emphasizes that she is addressing not only as the president of the Jewelers Association and the owner of a company but also as a woman and a mother of three children, who has dedicated over 30 years to the development of the country's jewelry industry.

She adds that the investigation was aware that the company "Yuan-Kun" illegally appropriated gold-containing concentrate belonging to the company "Alfazhar" in 2023, valued at over 2 million dollars. In this regard, a separate criminal case was initiated, in which her husband is the injured party.

In 2025, new founders appeared in the company "Yuan-Kun" — citizens of Kyrgyzstan. According to Babosyuk, the new owners hinted at their connections with high-ranking circles, after which the investigation into the theft case was suspended.

She also states that a criminal case was unexpectedly initiated against her husband, and on October 11, 2025, he was placed in custody until December 10, 2025, despite his willingness to post bail and positive character references.

The actions against Vladimir Fenkov have paralyzed the operations of the "Altyn" jewelry factory, jeopardizing the future of 112 employees and their families, and seriously damaging the reputation of the jewelry industry in Kyrgyzstan, which they have built over many years.

Babosyuk also appealed to the ambassador of the Russian Federation for assistance in protecting the rights of Russian citizens and investors, but primarily hopes for the involvement of Kyrgyz authorities in her husband's fate.

She believes that the authority and sense of justice of the leaders will help restore legality and protect their rights, preventing the destruction of an enterprise that has served the benefit of Kyrgyzstan for decades.

In conclusion of her appeal, Babosyuk requests:

She hopes that the personal attention of the country's leaders can change the fate of an innocent person and protect the honest labor of dozens of families, preserving the enterprise that has become a symbol of Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation.
