In order to enhance the effectiveness of personnel policy and improve the work of the penal system, a new decision has been made.
According to the new resolution, the rules for conducting competitive selection and forming a personnel reserve have been changed. A key innovation is the mandatory video recording of all stages of the competitions. In addition, participants will be required to provide a certificate confirming their knowledge of the state language at the level established by the Cabinet of Ministers. The requirements and procedure for notifying those excluded from the personnel reserve have also been clarified.
The document expands the list of positions that citizens over 35 years old can apply for when entering service for the first time. This applies to specialists in areas such as information technology, medicine, construction, as well as agencies responsible for the enforcement of sentences. For such candidates, age limits of up to 40, 45, and 47 years have been established depending on the field, as well as a mandatory work experience of at least five years. In some cases, hiring may be possible based on an employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Furthermore, the new list of positions includes construction specialists who can be hired without participating in the competitive selection.
The implementation of this resolution will take place within the approved staffing levels and the funds of the republican budget.
