On January 16 in Osh, a morning inspection took place, during which local authorities checked the construction process of the recreation area along the Kayirma Canal and then headed to the territory of the old bus depot on Monueva Street.

According to the city administration, during the inspection, it became known that the bus depot had previously been privatized and subsequently passed into private hands. In this regard, relevant services were instructed to determine the legal status of the property and take steps to return it to municipal ownership.

There was also a task set to organize the channel of the Kayirma and conduct sanitary pruning of trees that have grown in a chaotic manner.

During the field inspection, the issue of ownership of the land plot was also discussed.

According to preliminary information, this property may be on the balance sheet of the State Property Management Fund and is listed as base No. 2909. Representatives of the cadastral authorities have been instructed to promptly prepare the necessary documentation.

Attention was also drawn to the decommissioned equipment located on the territory of the bus depot. The possibility of its disposal, including selling it for scrap metal, is being discussed.

The municipality reported that the plot is located in the city center and is of great importance for the development of urban infrastructure. In the future, it is planned to use it for the placement of transport facilities.

According to preliminary estimates, the area of these plots is about 5 hectares, and their value may reach 2 billion soms.

Relevant services have been instructed to clarify the documents for the plots as soon as possible and take the necessary actions.
