According to the new regulations, any projects related to the construction, reconstruction, or modifications of real estate objects taller than 20 meters (three stories) in the specified area are not permitted, with the exception of five specific objects:

As previously reported by the head of the president's office, Kanaybek Tumanbaev, the stadium will be named "Bishkek Arena".
