As part of these rules, it will be determined whether minors can attend educational institutions, and the procedure for interaction with their legal representatives will be established. The responsibility for implementing these measures is assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
This initiative is aimed at improving the organization of work with foreign children residing in Russia. Based on the results of this work, a report will be prepared for the country's government.
