Implemented projects:
- During the work, 90 kilometers of old aluminum wires were replaced with new, more reliable SIP wires with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV.
- 1300 wooden poles were replaced with reinforced concrete structures.
- 18 complete transformer substations with a voltage of 10/0.4 kV were installed, ensuring stable electricity supply for several settlements.
- Work was also carried out to increase capacity on 23 power transformers.
- In order to improve the quality and stability of electricity supply, 7 reclosers were installed—modern automatic circuit breakers for 6–35 kV distribution networks, which protect lines from fault currents and automatically restore power supply in case of temporary damage.
- The construction of a new 35/10 kV substation "Uch-Choku" in the Jyrgalan Valley has been completed and put into operation.
Additional works in the Jyrgalan area:
- 12.8 km of new cable lines have been laid;
- 4 substations with a voltage of 10 kV have been installed.
The total capacity of high-voltage substations in the Issyk-Kul region has increased by 56.5 MVA, significantly enhancing the reliability of the region's energy system.
Specific changes:
- At the "Przhevalsk" substation, a 25 MVA transformer was replaced with a more powerful 40 MVA transformer.
- At the "Vostochniy" substation, a 16 MVA transformer was replaced with a 25 MVA transformer.
- At the "Pokrovka" substation, a 10 MVA transformer was replaced with a 16 MVA transformer.
- At the "Zheti-Oguz" substation, 10 MVA transformers were replaced with 16 MVA transformers.
- Similar work was carried out at the "Yuzhnaya-1", "Saru", "Barskoon", "Keen-Suu", and "Ulahol" substations.
- In addition, at the "Achikeev", "Keen-Suu", "Mayak", "Boshariino", and "Enilchek" substations, old oil circuit breakers from 1989 were replaced with modern vacuum ones, which will prevent emergency situations and allow for automatic disconnection of circuits under load.
